A security system, is a systems who's primary function is to alert an someone of a break in to a private residence or commercial property. They usually safe guard the property with a series of circuits that, when broken, set off an alarm and alert the owner, police and anyone else with in ear shoot of the sound of the alarm. These circuits use to be connected via electricity but modern systems tend to use motion senors, some use lasers and other modern technological marvels. This day in age security systems are not only used for when residence are not home but in some cases have proved useful for when they are home as well, disrupting an intruders plans for a home invasion.
